Refund policy

Brick Street Boutique will accept un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and be accompanied by invoice. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling of returned item(s). This will be for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Website purchases may be returned in the boutique as well. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Sale or promotional items are final sale.

Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. Brick Street Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

If you received the wrong item or your item was damaged please email: molly@brick-street-boutique.com so we can resolve the issue. Please call, Brick Street Boutique at 317-739-0525 if you would like to exchange an item to ensure that we have the requested size and item available.
